His expertise spans PLC programming, automation, structured text, and system testing, ensuring our products are built, tested, and optimized before they reach the global market.

Beyond development, Alan has extensive field experience, commissioning automation solutions in manufacturing plants across Europe, including Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Ireland, and Slovakia.

A natural problem solver, he excels in troubleshooting and system optimization, always ensuring peak performance and efficiency.

With a passion for software development, electronics, and automation, Alan continues to push technological boundaries, making a lasting impact on industrial automation.

Stephen Glancy – Ireland Sales Manager

With 25 years of experience at TSM, Stephen has been a key contributor to the company’s growth and development. Beginning his journey as a Service Engineer in the early 2000s, he later transitioned into sales and now serves as Ireland’s Sales Manager.

Stephen specializes in providing tailored, project-based solutions that address customer needs, leveraging his technical expertise and industry knowledge. His relationship-driven approach has been instrumental in shaping TSM Polytech’s success in the market. A dedicated and adaptable professional, Stephen’s deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to excellence make him a valued leader in the industry.

Suzanne Flynn – Financial Controller

For 30 years, Suzanne has been the backbone of TSM’s financial operations, playing a vital role in the company’s long-term stability and growth. As Financial Controller, she oversees all transactions, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of daily accounting activities.

Suzanne’s dedication, precision, and deep financial expertise have been instrumental in guiding TSM through various stages of expansion and market evolution. Paraic Smith – Design Engineer

With over 35 years of experience at TSM, Paraic has been a driving force behind the company’s engineering advancements. He earned his diploma in Electronic Engineering from DkIT in 1983 and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick in 1989. He joined TSM in 1989 as an Electronic Design Engineer, Being involved in the original batch blender design and programming its operation, laying the foundation for decades of innovation.

Paraic’s technical expertise and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in the continued development of TSM’s cutting-edge systems, ensuring both efficiency and innovation in the industry. His ability to adapt to evolving technologies while maintaining high engineering standards has contributed significantly to TSM’s reputation for excellence.
